  • Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, a leading third-party logistics company providing comprehensive supply-chain management solutions, has four buildings on-site, accounting for 1.9 million square feet.
  • GENCO, a non-asset-based, third-party logistics solutions provider, operates the 1.1 million-square-foot Hershey Foods and 1.3 million-square-foot Unilever distribution centers at Gateway.
  • Meridian IQ, a global logistics management service, operates an 806,400 square-foot Procter & Gamble distribution center at Gateway.
  • CDS Logistic Management Inc., also a 3PL, operates an 812,000-square-foot distribution center at Gateway for Dial Corporation.
  • USF Holland, a regional LTL (less than truckload) freight carrier, opened an $8 million, 50,000-square-foot, 102-door terminal facility at Gateway in 2005.
  • Schneider National, North America's biggest freight trucking company, operates a 30,000-square-foot regional operating center at Gateway with a four-bay shop.
  • Buske Lines, Inc., headquartered in Gateway Commerce Center, provides 3PL and transportation services in 14 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
